Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging.

To start a return, email rhondahuffart@gmail.com. Customers cover return shipping and are responsible for shipments until received. Unaccepted returns are shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Damages and exceptions

Inspect your order on arrival and report a defective, damaged, or incorrect item within 3 days. Custom products, sale items, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
